A driving force behind Intelligent Fitness, our Certified Strength Training & Conditioning Specialist has been coaching athletes for 20 years. She discovered the transformative power of movement in pain management. Committed to making fitness accessible, she embarked on a journey to create an affordable space for women in Oakland to grow physically and mentally. In addition to her coaching role, she is a lifelong student; pursuing a Doctoral of Physical Therapy degree to further enhance her ability to support our athletes.

Coach Mina is all heart! She brings both love and high-level expertise to our community. As a dedicated member of the Intelligent Fitness team for almost a decade, she brings a passion for creating a safe, inclusive space where everyone thrives. As a Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Pre-and-postnatal training, she believes in the power of movement for all. Her journey is driven by a deep love for helping women find confidence in their bodies at every stage of life.
